Terms of Service

A session date is only reserved once the booking is confirmed and any required retainer has been paid.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date, subject to availability.

The remaining balance is due as stated on your invoice. Final galleries are delivered once the balance is settled.

One reschedule is permitted at no charge when requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Outdoor sessions affected by unsafe or unsuitable weather are rescheduled at no additional cost to the nearest mutually available date.

Clients may cancel at any time in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be charged the full session fee. Failure to appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled start, without notice, is treated as a cancellation.

If Tang Visuals must cancel due to illness, emergency, or equipment failure, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Delivered photographs are professionally edited and colour graded in the Tang Visuals style.

RAW or unedited images are never delivered or sold. Editing style requests should be discussed before the session.

Tang Visuals retains copyright of all photographs. Clients receive a personal, non-commercial licence to print, share and display their images.

Images may not be edited, filtered, cropped or altered in a way that changes the original artistic intent, and may not be resold or used commercially without written permission.

Private galleries remain available for the period stated in your gallery. Download your images before expiration.
